Summer is coming, so I'm getting back on this thing! :)
Breakfast:
1 cup of Strawberry All-Bran cereals with 1 cup of soy milk
1 cup of black coffee (black as night on a moonless night! ;)
1 banana
Lunch:
2 poached eggs
1 slice of 12 cereals bread
1 cube (2 inches X 2 inches) of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of strawberries
4 oz of orange juice with 3 oz of sparkling white wine (my reward for finishing my paper!)
Snack:
1 cup of blackberries
1 cup of low fat yogurt
